What is NFR?
NFR, or, Not-for-Resale, is a program used in countries that our products are NOT registered in but can be purchased and shipped on the contingent that they are used for personal consumption and not resold. The way people build businesses through this model is to share products with others (family and friends) who in turn also join our NFR program and do the same.

How do I join Europe NFR?
To become a member of Waiora's NFR program, visit Waiora.com. Next click on "Select Your Market" in the upper right.  Next, select your country from the list. Follow the onscreen prompts from there. (If ever prompted for a Waiora Member number, enter 536861.)

How will the products be shipped?
All products will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail from our Salt Lake City, UT, Distribution Facility to the different countries mentioned below.

How much will it cost to ship products?
The cost to ship products is based on weight. For example, a one pound package will cost $16; two pounds, $28; and three pounds $31. Costing is as follows (USD):

Will there be any VAT assessed?
Your order will not be subject to VAT charges at the point of sale. However, your country's customs officials may opt for a VAT charge based on the assessed value of the product.

What is the expected delivery time?
Shipping via USPS International Priority mail is listed (according to the Post Office website) at 7-10 business days. Please note this does not take into account any unforeseen customs or environmental delays.
